For those new in town, Orlando is a great place to get fit and stay fit. With year round sunshine and a high quality of life for residents, you can see people enjoying a morning or evening run at all times of the year!

The local Gay News magazine, Watermark has some great tips to get fit and healthy in 2012 – January is a perfect time to tackle this with so many people going to the gym in the new year they will be finding that it can be hard to stick to their new years resolution of losing that stubborn 10 or 15 pounds.

Watermark recently wrote an excellent article showing that the “Road to Health takes hard work and commitment” – ain’t that the truth! Most of us know that by eating better (a fresh Florida Orange anyone?) and exercising more is the key to losing weight and getting healthy. Their article is definitely worth the read!

Watermark also wrote a great piece titled “5 Ways to Reach your Fitness Goals in 2012” and they list those common things that you always here, Bread is the Enemy, use High Intensity Workouts, eat your vegetables etc!
