Gay Orlando: Theatre in Orlando, Florida

You often hear the phrase that Orlando lacks arts and culture – this is so not true!

Orlando is very much a mature city and one that is still on the grow which benefits from a huge selection of local arts and culture beyond what is going on at the theme parks.

Take the theatre for example, Orlando has at least five major theatre’s/performing arts locations that spring to mind, where you can find all manner of performances on offer during much of the year! Productions range from amateur through to professional companies. There have even been performances by traveling companies presenting Broadway hits like the ever popular Wicked which was at the Bob Carr earlier in 2011.
